      I use these blades with Arlington shave soap and they give a smooth, irritation-free shave. I have used Persona, Derby, Feather, and a variety of Gillette blades, all in a Merkur 38C. The Bic blades give me almost as smooth a shave as the Feathers, but without the irritation. I have a pretty heavy, coarse beard, and I would recommend these Bic blades to anybody. They seem to be a great value.

      I found these blades to work well and give me a good close shave. I used them in my Super Speed and Fat Boy and was happy with the results in both. And they did not irritate my face like some other blades.
