Not what I would call almond scented...

I usually use Trumper's extract of limes hard soap but wanted something to mix into my weekly routine to change up scents. Tried a sample of Trumper's almond cream so I figured I'd give this company's soap a try thinking it would be similar. Upon arrival this didn't smell like anything almond scented. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt before I panned it so I tried to "break in" the soap with a few shaves. I still haven't gotten any almond scent out of it after a week's worth of shaves. I'm really not sure what I could classify the scent as but there is no nutty aroma present. I would have given it 3 stars overlooking the scent if the later was as rich and luxurious as Trumper's soap. Unfortunately this was also lacking a bit hence the two star rating. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch but I'm going to be hesitant to get Harris soap moving forward unless somebody else gives it a positive review in the future.
